Tambola Housie Rules
Ticket Structure
Each Tambola ticket has 3 rows and 9 columns containing exactly 15 numbers (5 per row). The columns correspond to ranges of 10 (Column 1 is 1-9, Column 2 is 10-19, etc.), and numbers within each column are sorted ascending from top to bottom.
Gameplay
A host draws numbers randomly from 1 to 90. If the drawn number exists on your ticket, you stamp it off. The goal is to be the first to mark off specific winning patterns.
Winning Patterns (Dividends)
- Early Five: Stamp any 5 numbers anywhere on your ticket.
- Four Corners: Stamp the first and last numbers of the top and bottom rows (4 corner numbers).
- Top Line: Stamp all 5 numbers in the top row.
- Middle Line: Stamp all 5 numbers in the middle row.
- Bottom Line: Stamp all 5 numbers in the bottom row.
- Full House: Stamp all 15 numbers on the ticket.
Boogy Claims
If you claim a prize, but the host discovers that you haven't marked the numbers correctly or they weren't called, it is called a "Boogy". In this app, a false claim triggers a buzz warning and is rejected.
